Terms and Conditions (binding from 5th January 2012 onwards)

In using this website:

Mac Doctor Norwich does not collect any personal information about you or your browsing choices via this website. This website is provided solely for information and contact purposes. No cookies are stored on your computer by this website. Mac Doctor Norwich does not use any email addresses or contact information other than for the purposes of replying to client contact. Your email address and other contact information will only be stored if you become a client of Mac Doctor Norwich and used solely for business contact. Your information will never be passed on to any other related or unrelated company.

Supply of goods:

All invoiced goods including internal upgrades are to be paid for before supply. Mac Doctor Norwich reserves the right to withhold return of computer equipment until any related outstanding invoice is paid in full. The client agrees that they shall be liable for all expenses incurred by Mac Doctor Norwich in the collection of unpaid invoices. Mac Doctor Norwich reserves the right to claim and dispense or sell any equipment related to unpaid invoices left in the care of Mac Doctor Norwich for the purposes of upgrade or repair. By accepting goods from Mac Doctor Norwich the client is strictly bound by these terms and conditions.

Supply of services:

The collection of any payment of services supplied by Mac Doctor Norwich overdue by more than seven days will be undertaken by an authorised third party debt collection agency. The client agrees that they shall be liable for all expenses incurred by Mac Doctor Norwich in the collection of overdue payment of supplied services. By accepting services from Mac Doctor Norwich the client is strictly bound by these terms and conditions.

Data loss:

Mac Doctor Norwich takes every care to ensure your data remains intact on your device/s during any procedure and advises that you back up your data in at least two places (one local / one remote) before allowing work to take place. It is the client's responsibility to advise Mac Doctor Norwich of their specific data layout before work is undertaken to ensure that the correct data safety protocols can be put in place to prevent data loss. If a procedure is likely to cause data loss Mac Doctor Norwich will advise backing up data based on the client's information before work commences or will create an invoiceable back up before commencing. Mac Doctor Norwich will not be liable for any data loss whatsoever or any resulting loss or consequential loss whether financial or otherwise. By accepting services from Mac Doctor Norwich the client is strictly bound by these terms and conditions.
